Default Plastic cylinderbase gasket?

When i renovated my 250 03 engine i bought a gasket Pack from Athena. In the Pack i found 3 cylinder foot gaskets. 1 thick Greyish gasket, one ,35mm green gasket and a ,10mm gasket(?) Made of something That looks like see through plastic. Is this Even a gasket or something Else?

I wasn't sure either, stuck it in anyway in between the other 2, no problems with it leaking or melting.

the different thickness base gaskets are used to move the cylinder up or down in relation ship to the top of the piston and the ports when the piston is BDC
