Thanks. I can afford to remove some material from the brackets, and throw them in the next batch of parts that goes out for black powder coat here at work. I still have to aim them properly, but judging by how they look the headlight will not matter much.

I think LED technology will take over lighting soon. These types of lights will only get better and more powerful. So easy to hook up with no relays, light guage wire and simple bar mount rocker switch.

I have do do the math, but I'm prety sure that you may be able to run one of these on a 2K-2 with a DC conversion. The modular mounting and connectors will eaisly allow moving the lights from bike to bike or bike to helmet in minutes.
