Default How to remove Flywheel?

I have some problem removing my 2003 EC250 Flywheel, this bike have the optional 14 oz weight and the manual says: "...loosen by turning to the left", what does that mean? turning clockwise or counterclockwise?
I've tried by turning clockwise with impact wrench like most flywheels but it didn't work so before doing anything else I need some more clarification.
Here's a picture:

Yep Counterclockwise worked it just needed some heat to release the grip a little bit.
Now I need to find a M27x1 puller.

In this kind of rotating things, just remember that if you grip the piece during the work, it can't loose.

That style of puller is used on EVERY Japanese motorcycle 250cc and above. Rent one from a shop or buy one yourself. If you plan to own a two-stroke for longer than 5 years, spend the $12 and buy a puller. Worth its weight when you are stuck needing one.
