My guess would be a TXT 270. I have no idea about the year, though

TXT270 a mate had one like it. My 200 had similar frame grips / layout it was a 2000. His was newer just before the Pro series.
Often the rims and brake lines have date of manufacture on them. On a large brand they would power through them. On smaller brands it will give you an bviously it was not made before date" and within a year.
