Default Is my shift lever bent?

Stupid question, something I just noticed while doing winter maintenance. My shift lever is bent in towards the engine. Is t supposed to be like this or is it supposed to be square with the foot peg?

Should be square with shaft.
The tip got forced passed the stop point.
You can probably bend back the stop.

Mine looks exact the same & I was wondering the same thing the other day haha. Not a bad thing for big feet I guess. Would bend back easily enough.
