Could you give us a ride report on the new fork work?

Depending on whats done it will still be a tricky one to determine. GGEVO and myself have what they sold in Australia as a 'Euro' model. Basically its a 2010 Race with a few extra sticker and everything we needed to get ADR (road registered). Its definately valved differently from the stock sachs and others have implied they are also different to the 2010 Race models. Unsure how they compare with the 2011 stock units.

I do know I have been quite happy with mine, however I have yet to bottom them out so I know they could use a little less fluid in them. They soak up everything so predictably at the harder I push them the better they feel. In saying this I'm one of those riders who doesn't really ride the front end. I'm contantly lofting and unweighting the front end to skim it through the snotty shit.

What a great thread. Agree with all. So just for a recap we have Revalved front suspension, Bash plate, bark busters, rad braces (although I just went with guards), larger back sprocket, and a JD jetting kit are all must do's.

Another very useful item I found is a back lifting strap. I guess it all depends what kind of riding you do.
