04 450 FSE seat question

are the frames and subframes the same? I found a seat I can get and I think it would prolly fit...any thoughts?

4 stroke seat base has a cavity for the battery to fit in, 2stroke base doesnt, otherwise the same.

What^^^^ he^^^ said.A 4t will fit a 2t .not the other way round because of battery moulding in seatpan.ime.

The current estart two strokes have a cavity for the battery. I don't know if they are similar to the four stroke cavity. The newer seats may not fit an older bike though.
