KTM vs Yamaha needle

Are KTM and Yamaha needles are the same for example N3CJ ? KTM part #54731034600 and Yamaha part #4SR-14916-CJ. I'm asking because Yamaha in Poland have strange price policy and their price is 3 times more expensive than KTM needle
