snapped a pinch bolt
I snapped one of the front axle pinch bolts leaving the threads left in the fork.
whats the best way to remove the old bolt? whats the correct size bolt I need for replacement?

EDIT: I removed the remains of the old bolt (turned the old bolt into a flat head and unscrewed it
 )
