Old guy and 300EC

Ok, 39 years ago I raced Moto-X. I just purchased a new to me 2019 300EC and have set up the suspension for my 180lb. body. Next spring I plan on finding some cross county and MX old guy racing places in and around Alabama. Can you give me some links to places to go and people to link up with concerning competition? I hope the EC it up to it, what am I saying, I hope I am up to it.

Likely half the heads on here are in the same boat ...I know I am...but I don't have a later model Gas Gas bike yet.
I met a younger guy from west GA in Fort Payne when I was there for the Barber Vintage Fest that was on his way to race a harescramble a little further south in AL. He seemed pretty gung ho.. DM me for his contact info, if you're interested...he gave me his business card.
We talked for a bit about his KDX220, and I mentioned how great the Gassers are...blah,blah.. he'd be a good contact I reckon
