Arai is a nice piece of equipment. You get what you pay for. When people complain about the high cost of helmets just think about the old Bell advertisment. "If you have a $10 head, wear a $10 helmet."

IDK. I'm somewhat of a gadget geek, but to be perfect honest, all the electronic widgets I see mounted all over the cockpits of offroad bikes...takes the fun out it for me. I learned my riding areas the old-fashioned way, I rode them...again & again. Some of the technology is pretty dang cool, but I get on an old 2t bike to get away from my daily dependence on some of the super cool gadgets...like my phone. Sorry for the hijack.

That is exactly the amount that my wife tells me my head is worth too. Especially every time I buy more motorcycle stuff.
