Mate this is not good my friend just told me, and I was thinking about buying a new 15 300 but I would be worried about spares and prices as I own a lancia delta and that's bad enough.
I'm deeply shocked and upset I love these bikes.
I really hope they don't go under

Why would it be bad?

Better than the brand leaving all together...

If you gonna leave over that then you werent with us to begin with....

It would depend if it became another rebranded pumpkin. If I wanted a bike that felt/rode that way I'd be on an orange bike. If they took the good from Gas Gas and invested some money and development into further refining it, it would be great (however unlikley).

I'm not concerned by the 'news', nor should I really be. Its not a 'new' situation for the company to be in. I'm sure they'll negotiate what needs to be negotiated and continue on their path.

24m. maybe they should sell their 4 stroke tech and just concentrate on 2 strokes and quads .As far as 2t they may have the best product in the market. 4t though there is a lot of competition. Realy hope thevstay in spain though and dont end up a ktm with gas gas stickers.

Where did this talk of KTM buying them even come from? They are just negotiating with banks for a financial restructure. The recent events is just a tactic to speed things along. And I doubt KTM would even have any interest in the company anyway they have a very full lineup and have probably 95% of the off-road market share. Acquiring GasGas would not do them any good. The brand simply going away would be more beneficial to them

Or they (punkin company) wouldn't have sold off the Husky 4t technology when they absorbed them......I think GG is safe from the orange onslaught. As someone had said earlier-KTM did this same thing back in the 90s, it's not a new tactic

I think they bought husky for the name and the heritage....

I dont see KTM ever buying gasser just not a smartplay....

the only thing this news will do is scare off people on the fence of buying....
