Will an 2008/2009 exhaust fit my 2001 EC250?

No.
The motors were tilted foward from 2003 on up.

Not an easy bolt on, but you may get it to work with some tweaking. PEB got one on his '01 a couple years ago, maybe he will advise.

I got an 06 OEm pipe on my 02 with little effort. I had to enlarge the lower mount. I am not sure about the upper mount since I don't run one. I sold that pipe and wish I had not as i think it would fit my 07.

Paul, yes it would its the same pipe. I have a spare from an '05, same part# and fit.
