Default white label

I noticed when removing my forks there is a label that says "EC 125 05" on it. What gives? Seems odd to label them and then stick them on a 200. The 125-300 all used the same Marzocchi 45 right?

The 125 & 200 should have the same fork. My guess is they just labeled it to differentiate between 125 and 250/300's. The 125/200 should have a lighter spring rate & preload along with different valving than the bigger bore bikes.
