06 ec300 wiring?

I noticed the wiring on my ec300 isn't using the full harness shown in the owners manual. I need to hook up turn signals, horn etc... to make it NY street legal, but the wiring harness isn't there.
Why doesn't the US imported ec come with that same wiring as the book says it should?

Probably because you actually have a USA DE, not a world spec EC. What ignition do you have, 2K-2 (small flywheel, wires exit front) or 2K-3 (large flywheel, wires exit rear) ?

It's the small one with wires exiting out the front. Wonder what kind of output the stator does? Man I can't imagine how low in the rpm's I could go with the bigger ignition or a flywheel weight.
It's already a tractor
I'll probably run the horn and turn signals from a remote battery so as not to tax the stator too much. All I need it to do is basicly look the part as I don't plan using it for street riding anyway.
