Default same suspension ec 200 and ec 300?

hi guys,

i can't really find clearity on what suspension my 2001 ec200 and my 2000 ec 300 have.
i'm sure about the ec 300 it had 43mm WP in front and ohlins back.
but the ec 200 seems to have the same WP in the front alltough some say it could also have marzocchi fronts? i think it has the ohlins rear too i think.

my idea was to put the 200's suspension, wich feels ok,and put those on my ec 300.
current of my 300 are screwed up, too heavy springs and so...
and then i would get the 300's suspension revalved and resprung correctly to put on my 200 then, because i ride the 200 now.
are those identically?

thanks guys!

cheers, Hannes.

If the forks have the same diameter stanchion, then they are probably the same fork.
I think they are the same externally, only difference is the stock spring rate.
You should be able to swap the forks over from one to the other without problems. Shocks will be the same dimensions and will swap over too.

Even if the forks are different you can swap them from bike to bike just change the tripple clamps too, basicly swap the entire front end from bike to bike.
The shocks are the same.
