I have compared my 2011 250R/300-6D GG vs 2013/14 KTM 250/300 vs 300 Beta.
Beta's estart easily beats the others. Motor is very much smoother than KTM and a little smoother than GG 300. But less flywheelie than GG. Motor power curve is closer to KTM. Not as enduro-ized as GG. I didn't get enough twisty stuff to get a comparison. One Beta guy who was a Gasser last year said that the Beta's handling was almost as good as the GG.
