Welcome Lotus54,
It doesn't say where you're from...which would help us out a bit.

If you're from the US I know of three places you might check.

TrialspartsUSA

GoFasters

LewisportUSA

Hope that help ya.

Lotus,

Let us know what you find! I purchased one from Lewisport a few years ago, but it wasn't stamped USFS approved - so if you've found something that is forestry approved, I'd like to know.

Thanks,

Jeff

Farmer j, you probably purchased the black $50spark arestor we sell, this is legal, if you look at the "locomotive and small engine spark arrestor guide , this tells you EVERY type of LEGAL arrestor, if it's in there its legal, and it also states , it is NOT a requirement to have USFS stamped on the arrestor, it is however a requirement to have the manufacturers name and or abbreviation and a model number that will crossover to the book, and that it does.

Thanks, Trialsage - you're right. It took me 4 months to remember to get the S.A. info. written down - N.M. 49022 - and I found it here on page 34:

Thank you!
