Default Valve Help

Hi everyone, need some assistance with a valve check on an 06 pampera 400.
Can't seem to find the valve clearance figures or cam journal torque figures.
Doing the job is no problem, I just need the data. If someone can supply or point me in the right direction on the web I would able to do the job right and not have to worry about seizing the cam because I was too ham fisted on the torque wrench.

Two simple rules for dirt riding,
Right hand down, try not to die.
