Default LRBDS (Last Ride Before Deer Season) 2015

We're heading out to the Evart MI loop Friday Nov 13 for our annual Last Ride Before Deer (Rifle) Season. The plan is to be 'wheels-in-dirt' by 10:30. If we twist it hard there may be time for two 24 mile loops before dark sets in.

Mark and I rode Evart last week and the rocks were largely hidden by a blanket of very colorful leaves, which meant that at times the language was also somewhat colorful

We had snow last year at Denton Creek, and we've had rain during the event before, but seeing as we're unofficially shut out of the woods until December 1, why not?

To a man everyone bailed ... we'd hit a weird weather pattern and got into the nasty cold with wet snow Friday. The next day was 10 degrees warmer, so half of the guys rode elsewhere. Sunday was 10 degrees warmer yet so the rest hit some private trails ... in vented gear!
