A few dimensions for you. Imperial dimension divided by .03937 = millimeters. Just ask if you need anything else.

When I made a CAD model of my damper I did not draw the lowered section at the mounting bolts. Your dimension "b" will be .865 (rough measurement).

I've been asked about the mount. The two damper mounting holes are threaded (shown as plain drilled holes in the drawing). The mount itself is held in place by the handlebar clamp bolts.
