Default Do my carb settings seem right?

Hello quick question do these carb settings seem right for around 50m above sea level and a temperature of 15 - 20 celcius.

Main jet - 178
Pilot jet - 35
Slider - #7
Needle - N1EF notch #1

My bike has been struggling to hit powerband so i've ordered a load of new parts including top end and crank seal cause was leaking oil into cylinder, so just wondering if my carb settings may have something to do with it.

Any help is much appreciated.

You haven't mentioned what your bike is...

But in general its rare for the stock needle to work well. Do some searching through the jetting DB (stickied in this section). Then search various needles and you'll get an idea. Usually Yamaha (or ktm) and Suzuki OEM needles improve things drastically.
