Default Seized Compression Adjuster on Marzo 45's

Can anyone recommend the best way to free a seized compression adjuster on Marzocchi 45mm forks? I have recently bought a 2006 EC200. It hasn't been as well looked after as it could have been and the most recent thing I have found is that one of the compression adjustment screws is seized solid.

The other was very tight aswell but after spraying with WD40 it did free off but it is now very difficult to feel the clicks on it.

Any ideas and thanks in advance.
