Im big, 280lbs and ive thought hard too about buying a left over 13 yz250f when they are cheap as a second bike. My buddy races A class on a 10 with ohlins ttx suspension and its pretty sweet. I demoed a yz and wr 450 at the georgia enduro and i cant believe i used to race a wr. No way in hell id be on one now.

My wife helped me out and informed me that I am really not in the market.

LOL...going to pick it up Friday. My boys 06 yz250f was getting "long in the tooth" so she relented. A set of bark busters and he will be off.

BTW 4895 including set up and prep.

quick little scooter and she handles nice. Little bit of an off idle sluggishness but that is with stock jetting. If it pulled hard off idle (SC could fix that) I would sell my EC300...no lie.

It is amazing what a 250f will do now. Lightweight and FAST.

There s something to be said about the yz 250f. They haven't changed much over the years, so parts and plentiful and cheap.
