Bad idle

Hi,
I have a 2009 EC 300 with JD-KIT. It ran very good until i forgot to take off the cover from the intake used when washing the bike. I tried to start the bike several times. Off course since it got no air, it didn't start, but a whole lot of fuel went through the engine. When I noticed the cover I took it off, put the airfilter on, changed the spark plug and kicked the starter without plug several times. After that I started the engine. When the bike fired up I had a lot of unburned fuel come out the back of the exhaust and it smoked like crazy.
Since then I have been on 2 3-4hour rides. The bike works fine except that the idle now is not really adjustable. It varies a lot no matter how i adjust the air screw and idle screw. And the bike stals very easy at lower revs.
Any suggestions on what I could do??
