99 EC200 Kill Switch
I did a basic search and looked in the manual that I have and didn't see an electrical schematic.
Went to a neighbors house this morning to say hi, rode the bike down. When I parked there kill switch worked fine. Fire bike back up and head home, kill switch just a button now, nothing. No kill! Had to put in gear and stall the motor to get it to stop running. Where do I start? Switch doesn't look damages and wires seem to being good shape from the outside looking. So no cuts or frays.

The electrical contacts are probably bad in the switch.
Replace the switch with a Jap bike style one. |
