Default Fork Clamp Pinch Bolts - Torque Specs

Anybody know the torque specs for the fork clamp pinch bolts?

Yes, but they are too tight and you don't want to use them. 9Nm on the center bolt and snug the upper and lower. Uppers I torque to 15Nm. All with anti seized threads.
