How does this sound N1ef needle 2nd notch, 175 main jet, 38 pilot, air screw 1.25 turns, 20ml of tts per litre, seems to pull nice and clean any views on too rich too lean bike ridden in uk.

If you like smooth power delivery try the suzuki needle NEDJ, if you like more agressive engine response try out the yamaha needle N3CJ

What jetting goes with the Suzuki needle, any settings much appreciated. Thanks.

Needle ins pos#2, 40/42 Pilot, 172/175 main.. That should get you in the ball park. Depending on temps/alt/fuels etc you may find you need to make some further adjustments, but probably won't be too far off.

I'd actually also reccomend a NEDW needle, or N3CW (Yamaha), as the 250's prefer to run a tad richer on the needle diamter.
