Default Whats my bike worth?

Unfortunately I have to part with my 2011 250 EC Six Days Edition. Its in immaculate condition - its got 29.4 hours on it. It has a GPR steering stabilizer well as a Rekluse clutch. RB modified the squish and reworked the carburetor. I hate to sell it but there just aren't any good areas to ride within an hour or so plus I'm turning 50 next month. If someone could give me an idea of what it's worth and where are the best places to advertise it besides here I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks
Alan

It's worth what ever a buyer is willing to pay. Not being an ass...but from my experience being here on this board and the old Smackover board... the GasGas bikes don't seem to fetch a ton of resale...just my opinion. There are really nice bikes that are sold for a bargain. Those that hold out for a higher asking price tend to hang onto them until they start to bring the price down, then they get scooped up pretty quickly.

Your bike seems to be set up nicely, and the leg work has been done. Without seeing it and the mechanical condition it's hard for someone to put a price.

Just a W.A.G Wild Ass Guess - $2800.00 - $3500.00 for a 9 year bike with low hours. Of course the location will either add value or take value away. My point, there are guys our here in CA selling 2004 or older YZ 250's for 3k or more......

Sorry if I wasn't much help... Good luck with the sale.....

I sold a 2011 200 cc 6 days with the same mods a new piston around 200 hours fresh bearings ,extra wheels with winter studds ,WER shocks n forks . Also a scotts dampner with a recluse 3 clutch for $3500. So if you get $3k that would be fair .
