Pretty normal for the float pin to be a loose fit. It can't really slide anywhere when the whole thing is assembled. It will easily move on disassembly.
As above though, have given you lots of info to work with. It's up to you to methodically work through things and the feedback may help others help you. |

Any luck with this issue yet??? When I got my 05 it wouldn't rev out. The rod that actuates the exhaust valve was loose causing it not to open. Ran great down low but wouldn't pull up top. Something to check if your still having issues.

Post a video with you holding the throttle wide open for at least 5 seconds.
When I've had this problem it's been - Jetting too fat (check float, then main) Silencer broken down, (remove, can you see straight through?) Reeds (take them out and look for large chips) Crank seal (is the left side wet? Unlikely as it won't rev, if it's the right side your smoke will stink of engine oil) Electrical (spark plug, then HT Coil, then stator coil, them CDI)
