That was my fist thought. But, being pressed for time I went the easy route.
Maybe weld some nuts in the frame and bolt on the YZ bracket?

A word of caution! Welding can damage semiconductor electronics connected to your metal to be welded (frame). Disconnect your CDI, voltage regulator and other electronic before you weld on your bike.

Sorry I did not see this before you had it welded.

Glad to hear it! If all goes well, this info may help some other members spend more money on premix and beer instead of expensive electronic repair parts.

How's that fix holding up? I have to do the same thing to my left side. Also, any idea where to get a left peg for cheap? My peg as well as the pin and spring are gone.

The fix is holding up very well.

Did you snap off both foot peg ears off the frame?

I mounted the entire YZ Peg mount on my 13. I took a bit of grinding to get everything to fit. I looked at making it a bolt on but I didn't think there was enough material there to hold the threads. I tig welded them and it is working great.

Did you consider welding the inside of the holes too?

I thought about it but I figured if I ever have to replace these it would be just more grinding. I have a full weld all the way around the bracket which is probably overkill as it is.
