Default Gas-Gas ec 125 06

My sons Gas-Gas is a 06 125, with Ohlins rear shock and Shivers on the front.
It is a great bike done low hrs, Well I was wondering if a Gas-Gas EC 200 engine would fit in this frame, as to sell and buy another is costly, but i can pick up a 04 EC 200 for a great price.
thanks.

No, the 200 shares a frame with the 250 and 300.
The 125 frame is specific to the 125 only.

Have the 125 bored and stroked. Eric Gore can make that motor great. I had a stock 125 gasser several years ago and it was awesome if you can keep it on the pipe and moving.
