2013ec200r summer jetting south island nz
20-30deg C
0-500m
pilot 40
main 175
needle NEDH suzuki rm(thanks to advice from forum members)
clip#2
slide 6
reeds v force3
engine stock 1.6/1.7mm squish
95 or greater @40:1
very smooth power, gives more flexibility/throttle control, smooths the hit, idles nice, starts easy, doesnt choke up when doodling.the NEDH cleans up the richer bottom end of the stock NOZH and feels more progressive, and takes steady part throttle openings better.great for technical tight riding

Hi,guys, is not the best place to ask this question but I don't want to start a nother topic,so my dilemma is: witch one of these needles N1EF and N2ZW are good to put on my bike ec300 09, for better bottom end power? Someone use N2ZW? And for pilot and main I think to start whit 40 and 172 . Tem. -4~5 degC ,elevation 300m-1300m.

Thanks.

2015 EC300
S3 Head black insert, stock pipe, Q Stealth
VP110 Amsoil Dominator 50:1
Sea Level-1000ft
40 pilot
AS 1.5
N3CH 2nd clip
180 main

Bike runs nice and clean across the board. Tried a 175 main and it wouldn't even rev out. Guessing the N3CH likes a little bigger main since most everyone else runs a 175. This is also the exact same jetting I used on my 2011 300 with S3 head and HofHP pipe.

Bike year & model = 15 300r estart
Carb=AS1 (screw top)
Temperature = 15-30c
Elevation (feet) = sea level to 1000'
Main jet = 170
Pilot jet = 40
Needle & notch = NEDJ clip#2
Air screw setting = 2 Out
Throttle valve/slide = 7
Float height=18mm
Power Valve=2.2
Motul 800 57:1

So I'm getting near the end of the never ending Reno, might as well have rebuilt the whole house, so I decided to do a semi race, which meant I had to fiddle with the bike. I cut down the stock muffler to 300mm and it needed resetting, on the as1 you have to remove the float bowel to change the pj so I was lazy and went to the Suzuki needles, knowing they like a leaner pilot. started with the necj clip 2, was very revvy but a bit gutless, so went to the NEDJ clip 2 and happy, nice mono machine, sort of similar to the n3cj with full length pipe but better bottom end due to pipe and better top due to Suzuki pin prick last taper, overal happy, no idea on fuel consumption yet.

Edit: did the Stroud 6 hr, jetting was great, no stalls, ballsy 1 tank for 3 hrs ride time, ticked up steep sandy hills like a diesel landrover.

mj 178
pilot 35
necj #2 clip
#7 slide
Amsoil interceptor 50 to 1

Added slight preload on power valve, boysen reeds, hmf gnarly, dirt star rims. Stock otherwise. Riding at sea level, bike just purrs down low and pulls hard right to power band and smooth to top, 85 mph.
