2018 Ec300 0-1000ft
40 pilot NEDW #2 172 main. Electric smooth power, barely even feel the power valve open. But crack the throttle and it sings nicely pulling through into a crisp strong top end. Less than 5l for over 58 k?s of tight nasty terrain.

Hello,
at the moment i try this at my 2018 GP Location: Europe/Germany Temp: hot 25-32c 77-89F Elevation: 0-300m 0- 1000F Pilot 40 Main 172 Needle: N1EF Noth: #2 Slide 9 AS 1,5 It is much better but i think the needle is the problem so i try the NEDW. |

It is really cold here at the moment. Bottom of Australia.
So I thought I would try something different from the NEDW. It was a little lean if I trailed throttle into corners or ran the idle too high. GP300 2018 300-500m above sea level 5-10 degrees c (40-50f) N1EH #3 Pj 42 Mj175 As 1 1/4 It starts really easily and is strong and linear through the rev range. I little heavy on fuel, but overall very rideable in cold weather. Stalls a little bit but I haven't checked the float height yet.

Pwk38 38p NECH top clip 168 main 2002 ec300 supermoto Pwk38 35p NECH top clip 165 main Both run I credibly well and haven't seized yet! (The NExx needles are rich at full throttle, hence small mains)

Head cut & bowl reshaped (TSP Australia ). Squish now 1.35mm.
42p, 175m, a/s 1.5, NEDW #3, Motul 710 @2% in 98RON. Quiet, smooth, clean power. No spooge to speak of. More bottom end/mid post-head cut and the bike is liking a 42p now, too. I?m pretty finicky with jetting set up & this is spot on for the bike, rider & terrain.

2018 XC 250
Head has been cut for 100 octane race gas. Temperature: 95 degrees F - 80 degrees F Elevation: 2000'-7,000' Pilot: 40 Main: 172 Needle: NEDW 2nd position A/S: 1.5 out Moltul 710 @ 50:1 Bike pulls very strong from bottom to top. Noticeable gain in bottom and mid from cut head and power delivery is more linear now. Still getting a good amount of spooge from pipe. |
