Default KX plastics for GG

I'm rebuilding a 05 300 and wanted to use KX front and rear fenders in black.
Problem is that both Polisport and UFO only have front in black and not the rear.

The cross over list says 94 to 98 KX, has anyone found anything else that fits?

Default kx PLASTIC

This wont help with the rear of the bike, but I had a 2001 Kx 250 & I put a front fender on it off an 03 . It bolted right up , no problems . And it has a much better look to it than the 02 & older fenders.

So, are the KX cross-over rear fenders an exact match for the GG OEM frear enders (in terms of all of the mounting holes and platforms for the ignition module, etc.), or are they just "close" and one needs to modify them to work?

So silly of me not to mention that I'm trying to find a possible replacement for the rear fender of my 2006 EC300.

Thanks.

Dale

On the 97 it was the exact same, looks to be on the 03 too but the newer ones are a little different I think,,

This is something on my winter list of "to do's", as i reckon the blue plastics on my 06 300 will be needing a freshen up.

I had heard some less than great reports about Polisport, with regard to how well they fit (mounting hole alignment etc) and what quality of plastic they use. Having only ever used OE (Acerbis) and UFO plastics on my KTM's, i have always had top notch replacement plastics.

Any body had any bother with their red plastics turning pink as they fade? Its quite sunny in Western Aus where i live, so sun fade is an issue.
