Would you purchase a RIEJU enduro bike?

I'm just curious.

I'm curious to the reasoning of those that say no. Care to enlighten me?

I had a quick look at their website and their offering of bikes don’t look very good. They definitely do not look like competition machines.

I wonder if they will cheap out on certain components from the Gas Gas design?

I also did not see and North American dealers which isn’t very good.

Unless something changes I think my answer would be No.

But I would also like to say that I hope I am wrong and they produce an exact replica of what Gas Gas was producing.

I'm assuming they import the recipe complete with suppliers who would be happy to continue sales.

Theoretically yes.

I think this is great news. I'd be more happy if they were the same height as my 07.

I don't see any reason for them to change anything on the bikes, as they probably have a warehouse full of parts and bikes.

They've said the bikes will be identical(KYB/FMF etc) & will address GG issues(?).
Suppliers are already in place for all the parts to build the bike so can't see them trying to replace known accessible parts with Chinese shit(especially ATM!).
They've been around a long time just never been global hence no importers etc. Give it time, Berg will sort it! Again they've stated this is their chance to get a foot in the door with a quality product ready to go(competitive) of bigger capacity so I highly doubt they'll stuff it up.

At the moment no, because I already own the best dirt bike available! But I will be buying my parts from them. As said I hope they use the same suppliers so the quality stays.
If they do the Chinese Swm thing they?ll soon go under.

Rieju is offering small machines which fit the European driver’s license for young people. Here you are allowed to ride bike from 50-125cc in an age of 16-18 and for these people the bikes are build. That’s no competition bikes till now.

When they bring the real Gasser, I would buy one, yes.

I think its too early for this poll. Especially since I'm not buying yet. Later this year.

Provided they sell the 2018/2019 Gassers with just a different brand name, yes, I'd buy one. We have lots of Rieju dealers in Europe. In my country about three to 4 times as much as GasGas dealers :-)

From what I have read so far they plan to sell the GasGas bikes exactly as they have been except different tank spoilers that will bear the Rieju logo. They also said, that they want to improve a few things if necessary.
