A dishwasher is a surprisingly versatile tool in the right hands. In mine it's a terror. Don't tell the missus. Tip: Engage the "heat dry" to get the cases ready to install bearings. Make sure to drop the bearings next to the ice cream and Jenny Craig entrees when you put the cases into the washer.

I had an 87 cagiva 125 also.. neat little bike..
Never used the dishwasher.. I used our larger toaster oven.. which was then retired to the basement.. she caught me,, and for some reason she did not want to toast her bagels in it any longer.. she has no sense of humor sometimes..

The wife is pretty freak'n patient when it come to dirt bikes so I make sure I keep the hell out of the living space with the parts. Although my work shop is directly under the master bed room and there has been occasion that she has wondered down with the eyes watering wondering what chemical have have been spraying parts with. I like brake clean. She does not! Some day I will install a fan.
