Thumbs up 2009 TrainRobbers Enduro/ June 14 / Hot Springs, Arkansas

Do you like single track? How about side hill off camber singletrack. Roller coaster action anyone? This trail system has everything except deep sand.

My section alone has 4 new miles of mountain singletrack.
this is going to be a fun, challenging old fashioned time keeping enduro.
I don't know about the long course, but the short course will cover at least 56 miles. Then the long course will split off for some "experienced rider" fun.

If you make it, be sure to say "Hi!" as you see me around camp or as you come through my check. (I may fly the old "Smackover Motor Sports" banner at the check.)

Good Riding!

I will be there! This will be my first TrainRobbers. It seems like there is always something that has kept me from making it. (WUDI too) I'll be on a blue 04 300. I hope that you can make it to the Golden Eagle, I always work that one as the 500 is my stomping grounds.

Hi Derek,
I really like the Golden Eagle. If it's possible, I'm going to make that one. (I haven't been to the Dragon's Lair Club in a couple of years. )
As far as I'm concerned, the dirt at StillWater is the best off-road racing surface in Oklahoma.

Look me up when you get to TrainRobbers. I'd like to shake your hand.

Jim,

I wish I could make it this year but have some issues going on here that will prevent me from making it up your way. When it cools off Uwe & I plan on coming up there and due some non racing riding with you. Plus I just bought a boat so we could play on the lake as well with loosely clothed females!!

Robby,
I'm sorry to hear that. I was looking forward to seeing you next weekend.

Let me know when Uwe and yourself can come up. We'll have a hell of a time.
This way will give me a better chance to sample your ride; so it's all okay. (Just bring me that card of fuel filters when you come.) Plus, this way you and Uwe can enjoy the whole course.

Just wait until you get to ride my section, with it's new way all around and over Big Nasty Ridge; and then that 7 miles of new trail up on the "remote" part of the long course loop (that Chris Butler and I arrowed last Sunday). There is a whole bunch of brand new trail that has been prepped just in time for this year's enduro.

Don't make me wait too long to show it to ya'll.

Good Riding!

Jim

I'll do my best. That sure sounds like fun. Besides, Gabe, Josh, and Brandon can run you ragged, so I can take a short cut and have a smoke while I'm waiting.
Just let me know when. June 28th, I'm planning on riding the BJEC enduro near Stillwater, OK. That's all I have planned for now. (and... maybe spectating the Millville National MX in Minnesota in August.)

Gabe and I are riding at Breezy Hills tomorrow; taking a weekend off from TrainRobbers trail work. I'll be at TrainRobbers next Friday, to make up for it.

Look for a pm from me with the address.

Good Riding!

Jim
