Default 2004 EC250 overflow valve

Hi,
Could you please advice me?
After riding on previous day I usually leave my bike in a position where it's leaned a little bit (it does not have a stand). Next day when put it to normal position, I can see a fuel leaking from overflow valve pipe.
Is it normal or something is wrong with the valve or other component? Here's a photo.

Adjust your carburetor float height. There is a sticky on this subject in the carburetor section of the forum.
