Default Miss fire

Hi I went riding yesterday a bit of Mx and a blast on some open land, I've noticed on full throttle my bike has developed a miss fire.
I'm thinking plug, rings as its not been apart for a while any thoughts

Thinking about it it's been in for a while so I will get a new plug and cap
