OOOPS! Yep, 45mm. The suspension has been setup by Les, but if I can do the oil changes myself it would be a bonus. I used to do my KTM`s OC, but I never did the CC that I had.

Most OC forks are pretty much the same. Just have to be careful when threading the rebound assembly back onto the damping rod. Especially with the Sachs.

Back on topic, finishing touches complete.

Measured the preload on the springs at 3mm. Inserted the cartridge without the spring and marked the cart level with the top of the fork outer (compressed). Removed the cart and measured the distance from the mark back to the spring seat and recorded. Then inserted the spring into the fork and measured from the open end of the fork to the spring. Subract them and hey presto!

Then with spring in the outer, drop the cart back in and locate the lug in the foot.

Put the nut on the bottom and torque it up to spec.

Add oil (I went with 325ml)

Pull the outer fork leg up and thread onto cart, snug it up, make sure your clickers are where they should be, bleed screw is snug, and set aside. Repeat for the other leg.

Then package em up ready to go home.

Hope the thread helps out. Its not really anything that isn't covered in the Marzocchi manual, but sometimes its nice to see a few different pictures, and if anything it stimulates conversation.
