powercore 2 for Gas Gas Ec300 07?
G'day Guys,
I have got a 98 Rmx muffler which , if I take the rivets out and also take the rivets out of the standard gas gas muffler, will probably fit onto the original base . Firstly , can this be done? Secondly, does it matter what type of muffler I use( ie Is there are special design for each bike etc) Thirdly, If I do it wil it effect the bike in a bad way. Looking forward to your answers....Thanks Mark |

The original is very long and I have a spare fmf sitting here so
I just might have a little play and see what happens |

I think it will work fine, I used an fmf from a honda cr 250 on my 98 and it runs really good.

Tried the power core 2 on the bike and will need to heat the pipe on the front of the muffler to get right angle but have muffler on bike as we speak and the difference is amazing.
Where the bike used to feel like it was signing off at about 7500 to 8000 it now revs out to 9500 . This is more like it . The power seems to be more linear and stronger all the way through the rev range. Must get muffler adapted so it fits properly and I can get the other muffler bolt in. All in all very happy. Cheers Mark |
