12 ec300r false neutral 5th n 6th gear

Hi all
2012 ec300r
Bike has done 47hrs, i sometimes get a false neutral between 5th and 6th only on a up change and tranny will slam into 6th after it get the nasty neutral rev out...
Any one had this before?
Any help much appreciated
