Looks like the last time you had it apart you did not have that spacer set just right and the inner race pinched the crap out of it.

The last time I had mine apart and almost did the same thing had to loosen everything and get it back where it was supposed to be.

It has been a while since I last checked mine so not sure if this is possible, but it looks like it was not centred when installed

If you replace it carefully with a new one you may not need to send your suspension off, or at least you will be telling your tuner more accurate information relating to the shock action and not poor acting linkage - so either way I would suggest you sort it out and ride it before spending $$ on a revalve

Thanks, I have talked with Steve, and the back is actually not that bad.
I have gone up 4 sizes on springs, .50 front and 6.0 rear, so I am pretty sure my valving needs to be adjusted. I had the shop where I bought it firm up the rebound on the rear as I was pretty sure it would be way under valved, as was the 2011 when I put a 5.8 one it.
Thanks for the suggestions.
Rob
I was mainly pointing out that if you have not, it would be a good idea to check those washers! You are right, I almost did this on the 2011, good to know that the factory guys are at least as good as me - LOL
