2023 Rieju Racing 200 LED relay

Trying to understand. The 2023 Racing comes with a relay, that should be LED-capable (the manual says diodo, so should be LED). But when I plug in a single (in case that matters) turn signal, it doesn't flash as much as just dims.

It may be a case of plugging two on one side, I suppose. I just did a Wr250F conversion, and one signal alone worked fine when testing the wiring.

Thoughts?

So it has nothing to do with 2 or 1 LED units. 2 made no difference, but hooking up a regular bulb resulted in blinking.

Just need to find a replacement LED relay which this clearly ain't.
