ick starter broken on 2010

My kick starter broke after only 8 hours. On my new 2010 EC300. This is my fourth GasGas and it has newer happend before. And this bike always start on the first kick so it is not worn-out.
Have some one run a cross a broken kick, did you got on warrenty?
If you look at the picture you can see that it not correct made, cast.

Looks like poor casting.

I have seen the same thing on my friends 2010 EC300.

If you were in the US, we would warranty that kick starter.
