Not the same fork at all.

The typical inner and outer bushings for the 48mm Zoke can be found in the correct sizes quite easily. The bushing for the ICS piston doesn't really have any cross overs and given that they were a fork that were used on the Gassers and Betas for a few years (with both brands now using other brands; KYB and Sachs), they could be hard to come by.

Can you measure (in mm) the sizes? I have my crap Sachs CC forks of a Beta to bits and the piston looks very similar. If the sizes are the same you can get the bushings from a Beta dealer. PM me I'll get my callipers out in the mean time.

Default Need to find Inner cartridge bushings-48mm marzocchi’s

These are the 2nd set of bushings(35151) that I ordered. The 36mm (36151) bushings were way to loose. I wonder if they bushings are getting compressed to the point that the end gap is closing.

How would you recommend removing material from the inside? There is a small end gap already.

What I would do (as I have a lathe):
make a holder for the bushing. (a cylinder of slightly lower ID than the bush OD), puth the holder in the lathe and the bushing in the holder. As you want to remove only a slight amount, use e.g. 320 paper and lightly remove some material.
Place the bushing on the piston, measure O/D.
Repeat as needed.

I haven't tried to do it, but that would be my approach.

I pm'd you with the sizes of the Beta Sachs CC cartridge bushes. I think they might fit. Only thing is that you might have to adjust the end gap a bit.
