05 EC250 Impression

Now that I have had a little time on my new left over 05 EC250 I have discovered a few things about the bike:
It has great power but just a little pipey for me. I can get used to it but I was wondering if there are any simple mods for the bike? My bike came with the lighting kit in a box (turn signals, mirrors, relay, extra flywheel and stator, etc.) I was wondering if that flywheel is heavier (I haven't compared them yet). I think I will also get a bigger rear sprocket.
I live in New York state and wondered what the jetting would be for it here? It's a little ratty in the mid range but seems good everywhere else, I was going to lean the needle one notch and try it next time out (I did get a jet kit with it too).
It's defiantly small for my size (5' 11" 230 #). I don't have the extra money right now but I guess a taller seat, bars and lower foot pegs would help? What pegs would be recommended?
The only thing that has come loose so far is the kick stand, which got some locktite on it now, anything else I should locktite or check?
So far the bike has been a blast to ride. I haven't had as much time as I would like to set it up, I need to customize, set the suspension and jet it yet. It's been a very busy spring so far. Hopefully I will get some extra time soon!
