Default AJP Clutch Caps - gold

I couldn't find any locally so we made our own. Check them out.

The main reason we made them was because the green plastic standard ones actually were not quite recessed enough to avoid them twisting on the rubber underneath, especially if they had been over tightened or a suffered crash damage.

Pic to follow......

Those look sweet! What would the price be (including shipping to Canada)?

Freight to continental USA and Canada is $10.00 air freight. Or $20.50 registered so it is tracked.

Installed the cap on my bike today - the fit is better than the stock aluminum that came on my bike (which had the mount for the choke lever). Very, very nice product!

Very nice work!
Hey Keg, off topic but have you come across a front or rear disc guard to fit the 2010 ec300?

My rear disc guard for my 07 cost me about $3.
Buy a piece of 5 mm aluminium and cut it as desired , polish it up and drill the holes.
Works very well and is very strong and light.
Not sure if the 2010 is the same though.
I would be interested in a front disc guard though.
Cheers Mark.

I took the front disc guard (Motosportz) off my 09 WR125 and slapped it on my EC300. Had to machine it a bit....but I got it to fit. I'll post some pics tonight.

I talk to Kelly from Motosportz say there is not enough volume of sale to have his machinist crank out the guard for the GG.

Ok,
WARNING DIRTY DIRT BIKE....
Here are the shots of the rear guard I made up. The shots are not the best but you get the idea.Basically just a 5mm piece of alloy, shaped to your liking . Measure the distance between holes on the swingarm and drill holes.Polish up the alloy as I did but after a few good knocks and a bit of dirt you wouldn't know it.
Anyway, here they are:

Let us know what you think,
Cheers Mark
