This is for 70deg.F below 1000ft. IIRC what was in there previously was 178 main, but 38 pilot and a N1EF needle. Of course YMMV.

That hilarious that it was in this thread. I guess I should re-read my old threads when I go to bump them ahahaha.

I got a 10 oz FW weight on order, so hopefully that will be enough to help with the PV cover. My jetting is similar to yours, so that works :-) I might swap the CCK in for the DDK, but it feels pretty frikken good right now.

BTW- Your furniture is really awesome.

Got my new pegs on this weekend, cut the bars down, re-mounted my handguards with new hardware.

Got the flywheel wieght and PV cover. Hoping to put them on tonight along with Radiator Guards. Been a good time for downtime cause it's been raingin non-stop.

Stupid question- which side of the case does the flywheel weight go under???

Gonna take pics tonight so I can get some more details on what I need to do for a rudimentary lighting setup.

The FWW goes on the left side. FYI you should pull the ignition cover after every ride and make sure there is no moisture/water in there. The covers generally let water in.

I still have not forgot about the wiring of the lights. I'll take a look soon and get back to you.

So this doesn't drain the gear oil?

Sweet, maybe if I get my forks back I can take a rip tonight and see how the mods feel.

Alright. So last night I went about the following items-

Install radiator braces. Holy crap the radiators were mashed in enough that I am surprised they weren't leaking. I had to gently work them back out so that the braces would fit. They are now on. Yeah for more guards.

Tried to get flywheel on. Guess I need a bigger impact because my little cordless jobby couldn't break it loose. It's currently soaking in a little PB blaster.

Installed my Gofasters PV cover.

Drained coolant. Can't get the water pump cover off although that's not a huge surprise. Not sure I am that concerned about it at this second.

If I can get hardware I might be able to get my forks back on tonight or tomorrow (damn lawn getting in the way of my bike).

Pics-
